Invented Exercise

[] Teach Creative Journaling to heal and stretch and grow and live joyfully.

Exercise: One day I was called by someone re'd by Tom P. to see if I wanted to work on a playwriting project. It turned out I was already committed for those dates -- but think -- what if womeone calls to say "Key Anita -- we have a need for someone with your skill to do {fill in the blank}. Can you please help us. (like I was in fact called for Gorge Games when they needed help, or Coldsprings). The question is: what would that {blank} be? Write the scenerio as a resolution to a dilemna for a character in a novel ... ala R.Pilcher's "Winter Solstice" where the widow ends up in Scotlnad in the sweetest town and situation.

Answer1: Co-teach my own version of Journaling for Joy -- using creativity and writing in journals to make you life more authentic and joyful.

Answer2: Teach Artist Way

Answer3: Cowrite a book/process for Joy Journal Support groups -- cowrite with the nicest creative people you can imagine.

Answer4: "Anita, we have studio space available in downtown Dunedin -- allows dogs -- lively mix of artist. We invite you. Every Saturday and Sunday, we open the doors to the public to observe (quietly) and purchase. It's a fun, lively place."

Answer5: "Hi Anita. We're starting an Art Jam every Tuesday night -- dogs allowed -- come on over and do your thing."
